Also, as Certified Home Inspectors, we adhere to the InterNACHI Code of Ethics in each and every inspection.
As a certification requirement,
each inspector is required to pass InterNACHI's Inspector
Examination at least once a year along with
fulfilling 18 hours of continuation education each
year. Our inspectors will educate the client about
the condition of the home and its operating systems.
Our customers can know that we have checked the systems
and components on the interior and exterior areas of
the home and reported all findings in the easy-to-read
computer generated report with digitized photography.
We are also available for complimentary follow-up phone.
Realtors,
buyers and sellers can quickly and very simply access
and download their Inspection Report utilizing
FetchReport®, a free service provided by CheckPoint
Inspection Services, LLC by visiting www.CheckPointProperty.com and
clicking on the FetchReport® link or logo and
entering the information that the inspector has provided
them
with at the time of the inspection.
Clients can also
review and electronically sign their Inspection
Agreement online before their inspection begins.
